Installed the mpstat and ptree programs.

# mpstat 2
The program 'mpstat' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
apt-get install sysstat
# apt-get install sysstat

# ptree
The program 'ptree' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
apt-get install adacontrol

# apt-get install adacontrol
